High Quality Dry Premixed Products manufacturing In India

Plastering is not a recent innovation. People applied mud to the walls in the early days as a form of coating. The modern form of this coating is known as plastering. Plastering gives the exact look and feel of the structure and can be applied to both interior and exterior decoration. It provides a smooth, clean, and even feel and protects the surface from moisture and harsh weather conditions. It also conceals structural defects such as cracks, leveling, alignment issues, etc. In conventional plaster, sand is used. But the source and quality of sand significantly impact the application of the plaster and causes many quality issues. So, a new solution is to use ready mix plasters. This plaster mix is different than conventional plaster.

Ready Mix Plaster vs. Conventional Plaster

  • In ready mix plaster, many additives such as polymers, cement, graded sand, etc. are added to enhance the quality of the product and application experience. The polymer provides extra protection against the weather.
  • Ingredients are provided in correct proportions in the ready mix plaster bags. The buyers only need to add water before application. In conventional plaster, you need to handle and mix loose ingredients.
  • Handling cost and storage requirements are higher in conventional plaster.
  • Manpower requirement and wastage are also higher in conventional plaster.
  • Ready mix plasters give consistent and best results.

Our product PMC- I ready mix plaster:

Not many manufacturers are currently making ready mix plasters as it is a new concept. Our product, PMC-I, has many advantages over conventional plasters. This eco-friendly product requires less curing time, and wastage is negligible. Our product is compliant with all international standards such as ASTM C-387, BS455 I, and 4049.

PMC – I ready mix plaster is made with high-quality portland cement, graded silica sand, and polymers. It has excellent workability and binding properties with the surface. This product can be stored for up to 12 months under shaded and dry conditions. You only need to add water to this mix, and it is ready to use. A single coat of PMC-I can cover between 8-25 mm thickness. Our product is known for delivering consistent properties.

PMC-I direction of use:

  1. If your desired thickness exceeds 25 mm, you can add extra coating after 24 hours. It is recommended to use Sound Aid PB I: I for better coating results.
  2. Before applying PMC-I ready mix plaster, make sure to clean the surface and remove dust, contaminants, and particles. If the surface is too dry, it should also be moistened with water first.
  3. During mixing, add the powder to water for better mixing. It is recommended to use mechanical mixers to get a homogeneous and consistent mixture. Mixing is critical to avoid quality defects such as cracks and unlevel surfaces. For more details, refer to our product catalog.
  4. While applying this mix on the surface, make sure to spread the product with a steel trowel uniformly. You can also use different types of applicators like wood float or sponge for different finish styles.
  5. Curing is another critical part of the process. Keep the plaster moistened up to 3 days with light water sprinkling for top results. Our product is designed specifically to retain moisture. So, you don’t need to use excess water on the applied surfaces.
